Natasa Gadzuric, Founding Principal of Sustainable People Solutions (SPS) interviewed the Founding Principals of Evans & Peck at the Shangri-La Hotel, Sydney in 2016, to learn more about the early years (1985 – 2001). When Mal and Graeme left the business in 2001 there were 51 consulting staff in offices in Sydney, Brisbane, Hong Kong, Perth and Melbourne.The turnover that year was close to $20 million and the profit over $4 million. There were also 17 shareholders in the business by that time.
