Natasa Gadzuric is the Founding Principal of Sustainable People Solutions (SPS).

Natasa Gadzuric is a civil engineer with over 16 years’ experience, having spent the past 11 years working in organisational development, learning and development, and change management roles. Throughout her career Natasa has worked in both operational and support roles for construction companies, project and business advisory, and engineering design consultancies.

The SPS vision, purpose and values have been influenced by Natasa’s experience working for a number of different organisations. However, the experience of working as a consultant at Evans & Peck had the biggest impact and has provided the inspiration to establish a management consultancy that will:

  • Become well known and respected for providing simple and practical people-related solutions in the engineering and construction industry;
  • Help organisations (predominantly in the engineering and construction industry) reach their full potential, through people-related initiatives that become ingrained in their organisation and are there for the long term; and
  • Offer clients a partnership that is underpinned by the values of integrity, passion, learning and results!

SPS Leadership Seminar – Thu 26th Oct, 2017

Over 50 people attended the SPS Leadership Seminar and combined Launch of the SPS Leaders Alliance, at the Hilton Sydney on Thu 26th Oct, 2017. Four of the SPS Leaders Alliance Ambassadors (Ann Austin, Stuart Cassie, Kay Salvair Smith and Julian Richards) joined in a passionate panel discussion about ‘What needs to change in our Engineering, Building and Construction industry’.

The SPS Leaders Alliance is aimed at inspiring the next generation of senior leaders in our industry whilst helping them build a strong network amongst young professionals working in design, consulting, construction and government organisations, as part of a movement to ‘raise the bar’ on leadership.

A big thank you to John Holland and E3 Advisory for becoming Founding Members of the SPS Leaders Alliance.
